Breakfast Pastries

Come in and see whatever today's variety includes, or give us a call to place an order for specific flavors.




Quiche

Individual quiche are always available in the case in flavors inspired by the season and our local farms. We often have 2-3 flavors to choose from, and they change regularly. 9-inch quiche or specific flavor requests are available by order.



Muffins

Baked fresh every morning, the flavors we make might include blueberry, lemon-poppy, blackberry streusel, raspberry, or whatever moves the baker.



Scones

Baked fresh every morning, flavors in our regular rotation include blueberry, cranberry-orange, raspberry-lemon, cinnamon maple walnut, rosemary-sea salt, and cheddar scallion, among others.



Coffeecake

Cinnamon streusel and blueberry are our most popular flavors. Usually sold by the slice, but 8" rounds are available by order.



Cinnamon Buns

A rich yeast bun rolled up with cinnamon and brown sugar, glazed with vanilla icing or made into sticky buns with toasted pecans. Sold as singles or in a set of 4.




Individual Pastries

A different variety available in the case daily, flavor requests welcome.




Whoopie Pies

A classic New England dessert made from a cake-like shell and filled with a marshmallow frosting center. 3-4 flavors to choose from daily.

Flourless Chocolate Torte

One of our most popular offerings. Rich, dense, deep dark chocolate. Available as bite sized, individual 3", or as an 8" torte sized to share.



Cakes

Portioned for one, our 3" cakes might be miniature versions of a cream filled torte, carrot cakes, a mousse cake, or a classic layer cake. We usually have 1-2 offerings available in our case, but are happy to create your favorites for an order.

Shaker Squash Rolls

Soft, buttery, yellow-orange dinner rolls with a mild sweetness. Made from a classic Shaker recipe using pureed squash.



Mountain Bread

Crusty and grainy, whole wheat flour combines with rice, wheat berries, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds to make a hearty chewy loaf.



100% Whole Wheat

Classic. Sweetened with a touch of honey and maple syrup.



Olive

Kalamata and green olives with a touch of fresh garlic and herbs.



Garlic Scape

Made from the shoot of the garlic plant, yielding a light green garlicky loaf.



Basil Pesto

A touch of garlic and parmesan and packed with fresh basil.



Citrus Wheatberry

A honey sweetened soft white loaf flavored with lemon and orange and studded with chewy wheatberries.



Mediterranean Date

Buttermilk

Our version of a classic soft country white bread.



Onion Poppy

A soft rich bread studded with poppy seeds and caramelized onions.



Challah

Classic egg enriched braided loaf. Also available as a three-seed loaf.



Ciabatta

Classic. Herbed. Prairie - with cumin, fennel, caraway, and rye.



Cinnamon Raisin

As classic as it gets.



Four Cheese

Soft and tender, stuffed with as much cheese as it can handle.



Sicilian

A country Italian bread made with fresh garlic and semolina flour.



Chocolate

A rich dark chocolate loaf studded with bittersweet chocolate pieces, dried cranberries, and dried cherries.



Sauerkraut Rye

A tangy rye made with sauerkraut, ground mustard seed, and ground caraway.



Tomato Herb

A bright orange loaf, flavored with tomato and Italian herbs.



Fruit and Spice

A rich bread for the holiday season filled with colorful dried fruits and warm baking spices.



Classic Seeded Rye

On the firmer side, medium dark, with cracked caraway and fennel seeds.

Hot, Iced, Cold Brew. Freshly roasted especially for us by local farm to cup brewers: Flight Coffee Co. (formerly CQ Roasters). We proudly sell our custom roasted beans, as well as single origin offerings, and we would be happy to grind them to your specifications.



TEA

Our own secret mixture, made fresh to order.



ESPRESSO DRINKS

Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, etc. Ask about our house made flavor syrups.

Specialty Diets

It's important to note that all of our products are made in house on the same equipment. We use wheat, dairy, eggs, meat, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, seeds, and other allergens. We do our best to avoid cross contamination, but it is always possible that your food may come in contact with these items. As such, we do not indicate that any of our items are gluten-free, instead using the phrasing flourless. Please inform us of any allergies.




Flourless

We regularly carry flourless chocolate tortes, flourless chocolate cookies, and flourless peanut butter cookies. We can make cheesecake, key lime pie, and cream pies with a flourless almond-oat crust for orders. In addition, layer cakes or mousse cakes can be made from our coconut flour cake.



Vegan

Many of our breads are vegan, please ask about the day's flavors or give us a call to place an order for a specific flavor. We offer a vegan chocolate layer cake, which can be filled with a fruit preserve, if desired, and frosted with "buttercream" in a flavor of your choice. We also offer berry crisp with a coconut-oat topping and a carrot tea cake loaf.

Return Policy: 

While we strive to provide only high quality baked goods, we aren’t perfect and mistakes happen.  If you find that your order has something wrong, please notify us right away so that we can take steps to fix it.  If a problem occurs after you leave the bakery, please notify us within 48 hours.  If you should need to return an item, the product will need to be brought back to the bakery. 

Returns and cancelled orders can be refunded to the original form of payment or to a gift card.  In the case of a return to a credit card, a 4% fee will be deducted from the return to cover the processing fees.
