Quiche

A variety of flavors, both with meat and with vegetables are available daily in the 3" individual size.  9" quiche for sharing can be ordered in many different flavors.  Some of our frequently available fillings include bacon, ham, sausage, cheddar, swiss, pepper jack, goat cheese, feta, spinach, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, roasted red peppers, broccoli, and squash.

Tortes and Cheesecakes

Sharing size - approximately 8" - serves 8-12 depending on the item

Flourless Chocolate Tortes - one of our most popular items. Rich, dense, and fudgy. Like a baked truffle.  Typically we garnish them with raspberry preserves and fresh berries, but if you prefer caramel or an all chocolate version, we are happy to do that for you.  

 

Cheesecake - usually made with a graham crust and a vanilla cheesecake base, they can be topped with chocolate, caramel, cherries, fresh fruit, or left without any accoutrements.   Cheesecake are also occasionally available in other flavors such as chocolate or lemon.  These are typically seasonal or bakers' whims but they can often be ordered with enough notice.

Our Pork Pie - seasoned with apple and rosemary, topped with smashed sweet potatoes

Tourtiere - like a French Canadian grandmother's. Double crusted, filled with a seasoned mixture of beef, pork, and potatoes.  

Cottage Pie - a creamy beef and corn filling topped with mashed potatoes.
